How we charge, in plain words

• You get a firm quote for parts and labour after the technician has diagnosed the appliance, before any work starts.
• If you decide not to go ahead once you have the quote, you pay the service call and nothing more.
• The service call fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
• Completed repairs are covered by a warranty on both parts and labour. Ask your technician for the exact term that applies to your repair, since it varies by part.
• We accept cash, credit and debit, and we quote in Canadian dollars.

Insurance and safety

Our technicians work under WSIB coverage, so you are not carrying the risk of someone getting hurt in your home. We do not work on gas appliances in Ottawa. If your fault turns out to be on the gas side, we will tell you and point you to a licensed gas fitter rather than take the job.
